3. The biggest question here is how much is the LGA generating for the nation per day, week, month or yearly ?

   Some people doesn't enter office from January to December, no impact no achievement

   At least chairman of LGA can employ farmers and produce many things from the LGA headquarters

   Some chairman of LGA are civil servants, lecturers, traders, and many more, these are people who are busy with their personal businesses

   No time to care for citizens and attention to official duties as required they dragged the office to make names and upgrades CVS

   Also loot their own share of the borrowed money from world bank and others even the national cake oil money.

   Go and verify, Only less than 2% of state civil servants in Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, and Imo can feed three square meals, pay rent, and pay their children’s school fees without a loan or using criminal measures.

   Most of them now slide into stroke upon retirement. Those working in local government are even worse.

   For example, Ebonyi state local government civil servants has never received their salary at the end of any month for two years now, including primary school teachers.

   They are paid in arrears after they most collected and finished loans collected on the basis of previous salaries.

   They r usually paid one or two months later. They are working but deeply contributing to the ugly poverty statistics of Ebonyi.

   Ebonyi state local government system is owing their retirees close to four Billion Naira in pension and gratuity but the council chairmen are riding jeeps with police Escort.

   Their recent slogan is NO MONEY. It is a long administrative problem. Ebonyi State Local Government system retirees account for a good number of patients who are treated at FETHA but detained because of their inability to pay hospital bills.

   I have helped in fundraising and advocacy for their unconditional release over time. Some of them can painfully pass as brand ambassadors of stroke, BP, and other preventable health conditions.

   Guess what. ?
   Pension and entitlements of former Governors who birthed this pains are paid as when due with contract and other benefits.
