    He made exemption to indian health care workers from india
    – where indian healthcare workers such as nurses do not to undertake certain english exam tests .
    – they do not need to undergo healthcare checks, such as bronchitis or tuberculosis tests before entering australia.
    But other countries such as philippines are not exempt of this and need to undergo tuberculosis testing before entering australia or applying to australia.
    Philippines still need to undergo all english exams and australian history exams.
