25. What kind of person would blame a bridge collapse on a sitting president? A freighter that is fully loaded has an awful lot of mass and inertia. Add to that mechanical failures on the freighter that leave it without power and steering control and it’s heading straight for the critical middle support that holds up the bridge, it’s a catastrophic recipe for disaster. The bridge is old and it is a horrible accident. Looking at the video that showed the traffic that was on the bridge, just before and after its collapse, there were many cars and trucks that were on the bridge before the collapse. Apparently just 6 people were on the bridge when it collapsed. The sky bridge in Florida collapsed a number of years ago, in heavy fog, because a freighter hit it. That was absolutely horrible, people kept driving off the bridge’s missing part in the night. And it was a long way down. But nobody was stupid enough to say that it was the president’s fault. Biden has been a good president, the economy is booming and there is low unemployment. Why blame him? Is it because you’ll think of anything to badmouth a successful man? To the point of telling people that he makes bridges collapse? That’s very pathetic and makes you look like a child.
