  1. The blonde reporter with the jacket is obviously middle-aged. Yet she uses the growly dragging out the latter syllables of words….something I associate with much younger women and girls. Is it just the passage of time, or is the fad spreading? Or is it a modification of American English ?

  2. i have gay mothers and we went to chick fil a a fair amount growing up. what that goes to show you is that values are suuperceded by real world results. maybe mcdonalds "doesnt" donate to things i disagree with… but they also serve a dogshit chicken sandwich.

  3. People forget that marginal lifestyles is and always marginal….woke companies foolishness to focus on them hence the term "Go woke Go broke"…..so focus on the majority people, families, traditions etc…..

  5. To appreciate and understand how good the customer service at Chick-fil-A is, just head to Popeye's right after and order something lol

  6. They already had property transferred – don’t know how to say their fraudulent (place holders) people – it was just a matter of time – the reason everything happened this quickly.

  7. I wish WSJ would have dug into there donations to anti gay organizations that support conversation therapy more. WSJ definitely painted them in a better light than they deserve. good content though overall

  8. I will say, of all fast-food chains, Chick-Fil-A goes out of their way to keep their employees comfortable. The Chick-Fil-A in my small town built tunnels in the drive-thru for the employees who take outside orders, and put fans, AC's, and heaters in this tunnel to keep them as comfortable as they could while they worked. I've also heard mention of the management system within the company being understandable and easy to work with, depending on where you live of course.

  9. There is a lot to say about their success, but honestly, it really just boils down to how their chicken tastes. Their chicken tastes nothing like any other chain, and it is addictively good. I guess on top of that, the Chick-Fil-A in my town always has a spiral of 2-lanes of cares circling it, and not ONCE have they ever gotten my order incorrect. Literally never.

  10. Chic-fil-A can thank Rahm Emanuel for their growth in the Chicago area. Ever since he said they have no place in Chicago, people made it a point to go there regularly. If Rahm is against you, you're clearly doing something right.

  11. I have been looking into Chick-fil-A, the things and values that they stand for is nothing that's other worldly, and they obviously do it with incredible consistency. It's just a bit sad that the general public must be doing so bad at treating people with decency for Chick-fil-A's proposition to really shine through at this level

  12. CFA never did me dirty. Only fast food place I can say I never had a time where they didn't immediately fix any problem. No need to get riled up, you just pull ahead and they fix your order whatever was wrong with it. But it's so efficient and the staff do a great job, but I think it's also the leadership like you guys covered. It makes the rest of the staff's job easier. It functions like a little factory turning out consistency.

  13. I had to shake my head when some people tried to cancel CFA and brand it a bad company because the brand owner had a different political ideology from theirs. Those people should read through the comments here. You think a bad company can get this much love? The company is clearly a net positive force, far ahead of other fast food brands.

  14. 2:30 I had that upstreaming ordering at Bill Millers going in the morning rush for some breakfast. Vegetable beef soup.
Was there in line like ten seconds from that order point. That flow through was incredible from way back in the line.
Fastest I've even been through a drive-thru ever.

  15. I’ve worked for CFA for almost 2 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better job. Pay is great, flexible scheduling, amazing leadership, huge opportunity for growth, and so much more! I love my job
