Yeah, companies and organisations used Covid-19 to change all kinds of procedures. Can't even get postal paper statements anymore. They are trying to push everyone into online banking. Good luck (to them) with that one!
And yep! Doesn't take much for the sheep-like clerks (specially females) to get rude with those who look just like them. But let the customer be someone lighter, mixed race or any different race at all. The clerks adopt a more courteous, respectful attitude and skin they teet. Lights, camera, action!
