Donald Trump retains healthy lead over Joe Biden

Former US President Donald Trump has retained a healthy lead over President Joe Biden in the polls.

This comes just nine months out from November’s Presidential election.

Republican Strategist Colin Reed says the numbers are “pretty eye-opening”.

“These are states, many of which President Biden carried four years ago, and when he did it was by the narrowest of margins,” Mr Reed told Sky News Australia.

“Just enormous differences between Trump and Biden.”
