   The medical authorities are manufacturing a Second Wave through the continuing use of faulty unqualified PCR Tests and the recent move by the WHO that revised the Number of Cycles completed on a swab sample Much Higher than scientifically required.
   
   There is empirical science behind not Cycling a sample more than 35 Cycles. Doing more than 35 Cycles makes the results completely unreliable and scientifically unjustifiable, and the W.H.O. defies this empirical science and recently told laboratories to now promote 45 Cycles. That’s how and why there is a sudden new high number of Positives being generating from a PCR TEST. High Numbers are because the Labs have been told by the WHO to Cycle samples longer. At 45 Cycles they are just multiplying the existing DNA pieces called RNA from the swab so they can say there is enough there under the microscope to now add thousands of more people to their daily tested positive lists. When the thousands of positives are a shame. So, its mendacity after mendacity.

   PCR Tests are not made for detecting Corona Virus and not made for distinguishing different viruses.
   
   To Date Scientists have not Isolated the COVID Virus in a Laboratory.
   
   First, until Scientists can Isolated the live novel corona virus in a laboratory, there can be No Test made to detect the Corona Virus.

   Third, the reason why scientists cannot Isolate the live corona virus is the longer the virus is not in a Host the more it mutates meaning the longer the virus is not in a Host the weaker and useless it becomes.
