  1. SO SAD….. when was this video made? A while ago? and by the way there have been plenty of famines, and wars, that killed millions of people since 1968

  2. We are a plague to this poor planet ,we need to regulate how many children a person can have this is truly disgusting in so many ways ,these animals and creatures have every right to be here as we do 😢

  3. It's Fukushima that's killing everything and it hasn't stopped… The fishing season after the accident fisherman returned with nothing… I remember one of them saying that the Pacific ocean was void of life… All of the tide pools along the west coast were dead too… We're cutting are own throats… Nuclear energy might burn clean but disposing of the waste water and spent rods is a real mess… And we have no way to recover from a accident when things go bad… All you have to do is look to see that's true… Russia just covered up their mistake again once they discovered it was leaking and Japan sent robots in to their reactor room… I'm not sure how long they lasted before they melted but just the fact they melted says a lot… They say we're going to lose a lot of our coast to global warming and that just happens to be where all our Nuclear plants are located… God help us

  4. There possibly is no polar bears koala bears squirrels monkeys dragonflies butterflies dogs birds,, the list goes on and on anywhere else in the universe

  5. The planet will survive as a fune ball of dirt but 80% of the species that live on it will not be. I have a problem with losing all of our iconic and beloved animals when this is the only place we know any of these exist

  6. Quit shipping our resources to those who want us destroyed. Or giving our resources to those that won't do for themselves. Give one a fish, they eat for a day. Teach one to fish, and they eat for a lifetime.

  7. Earth contains plenty of resources for far more than 8 billion people. The problem is that people are inherently corrupt and wasteful (wasting food and overindulgence), especially countries like the U.S., don't believe me? A simple online search will open your eyes.

Companies are aware of this, and they exploit it for the sake of profit. Just cardboard alone is a billion-dollar industry and mostly for the wants of people rather than needs. If all people managed their resources carefully, something that will never be with our current psychological disposition, then there would be plenty of everything for everybody for millennia and beyond.

The key is changing human nature, something that I doubt most people even consider. And something that we are far far away from accomplishing as a whole.

  8. @3:29.. 4.2% of the Earths population (the U.S.) uses 25% of the Earths resources.. 344 Million of 8 Billion use 25%!.. That's what he's talking about.. That's why he said 5 more Earths.. This Planet can Not sustain that indefinitely.. I read 1000+ comments.. Many in the comments are missing that point……. Believe it or not, the U.S. Is An Empire.. (i.e. "The Empire State Building" think about that).. And it is Consuming ("consumers") Way More than it's fair share.. Empires Rise, and Empires Fall.. Look at history.. Hold on tight.. We're almost there……. Yeah I know, I get it, I live here too, in Texas, and I like my life.. That don't change that facts though.. We're close.. Y'all Take Care :^)

  9. It's so frustrating that people are not responding in a strong enough way to the threats we are facing with our rapidly warming planet. Instead, people are harping on the border, hairstyles and closing drag shows, as if those things are so much more dire. From what I've seen, reacting to the warming climate is about 100 years too late, anyway.
