  1. He's SO far off-base. I don't remember 'civil' demonstrations in the 60s and 70s. Civil polite little demonstrations fsiled. His take assumes HIS little life experience was every one's. Just like Mayberry RFD, he looks out from a delusion and says 'It's all wrong!'

  2. Fareed Zakaria i think its outrageous that you should speak ill of students whonstand for humanity. The media is shamelessly peddling lies and untruths. The lack of journalistic ethics and the bidding you do for Murderous regimes is disgusting

  3. The far-Left and far-Right don't care about truth or community. They create their own 'truth' and demand conformity to their 'group' and its 'values' – whether its communists, anarchists, postcolonial/decolonial activists, or fascists, nationalists and religious fundamentalists.

They all hate truth, freedom, liberalism, capitalism and the Enlightenment values that give them their space to behave the way they do. They also hate Jews, 'Zionists', and defend totalitarian barbarism when it suits them. Just look at how they defend Hamas and demonize Israel – they're sick. They've always been like this.

  4. "Difficult to know what to make of…" Then 8 minutes of conversations about social capital. Not a word about people in Gaza. You sound like you are used to the good life Fareed. What would your dad say about the protests? "The poor kids are lonely…" Or, something else? Congratulations to everyone for pointing out the lack of social capital in the United States. What are we going to do about it? Regulate big tech companies? No… Tax the big tech companies and ultra wealthy? No…The only one still talking about the wealth gap seems to be Robert Reich. What are we going to do about the War in Gaza? In this video, Fareed, you just ignored it. I expect more from your mind and your heart. You have deeper ideas about potential solutions, but do you have the courage to share them?

  5. On Anderson Cooper's show last night, a former university director accused protesters of disrupting campuses and the most egregious example he brought forth was putting a scarf on a statue. He went on and on criticising with very little evidence of anything meaningful, while Copper nodded in solemn agreement. Not serious journalism.

  6. Fareed, you are my biggest disappointment in this world I used to listen to you. I didn’t know how much you are hypocrite just to keep your job. You are a liar you try to fool people with your very good chosen word, but it shows what inside you. You are against humanity you are with Genesis. my advice to you educate yourself and listen to Bernie.

  7. Dear NRIs,

This is a read and reread once a month message for those of you who have been following the Indo-Russian mafia controlled program story.
If you are curious, please see my tweets from the last 3 years.
Think of Germany in the early 1900s. Think of the Jewish people living their everyday lives in Germany in the early 1990s.
Think about how normal everything was, going to work, coming home, eating dinner with your family…
And then one family was taken away.
People shook their heads and kept living their normal lives.
If anybody raised an alarm they were probably shushed.
Think of Austin, TX, USA, 2014.
If anyone said anything about Indian hackers harassing NRI families, they were told to complain to Sushma Swaraj and the local police department, APD, Travis, Williamson…
If you told an NRI who wasn't being harassed, that NRIs are collateral in the battle, they would rephrase it as, "YOU are collateral in this battle."
Those of you who live and work in the West need to research each aspect of this problem.
The Indo-Russian gang is attacking people with energy weapons and lasers, hacking into health records, tampering with them, bribing cops to empty out safety deposit boxes, terrorizing physicians into writing fake diagnoses, bribing anyone who handles your food to add stuff into it, adding toxic airborne substances to your heating and cooling systems at work and your home, hiring black magic practitioners…they are perfecting the slow kill method while oiling the response processes with bribes and social terrorism.
    Wake up!
    React sensibly but fast.
Do it without any electronics on your person. Your GPS is being tracked.
Don't Search on Google or email or use Maps to find your destination.
All of that is being watched by the mafia.
If your Search, Maps, Voice, and phone records indicate that you have become aware of this problem you will also be targeted.
The FBI and CIA and military are tracking this issue.
You do your best to figure out how to beat the problem.
Certain factions in the Indian government are complicit. Every one who took a bribe is complicit, also a Jewish person who is part of the think tank, and some Russian people you think you can trust, because you trust the FBI, Jewish people, and Russian people, and high level Indian people in the Indian government without question, so please be aware that your trust can kill you.
Lobby lawmakers in the US, UK, Australia, Canada…and get a response to the problem going. All these governments have caught a whiff of this problem, just not publicly talking about it yet, so proceed with caution and be ready to be called crazy or an alarmist if you don't have papers on hand while you are talking.
Feel out your social circle for their ability to handle this information before you involve them.
Only work with those willing to work with you or you will lose momentum.

  8. Most students these days do not engage in discussion with intelligent points being made. They are more reactive thanks to access to social media and all the fakery that gets promoted in them many times. The social media age has empowered anarchist forces to push agenda driven propaganda and instigate these minds. There is a difference between peaceful protest and creating public nuisance, threatening others and raising antisemetic slogans.

  9. I would say that students are demonstrating for Palestinian rights and in doing so are demonstrating a strong sense of community. But for lackey native informers like Zakaria who supported the Gulf war, the brave students can only be seen negatively.

  10. Kudos to social media and the internet for shedding light on truth amidst propaganda and censorship. Attacking youth and protesters while ignoring the root cause and genocide is not just careless, it's disgraceful. Thankful for platforms that amplify voices beyond those of oppressors. #SpeakTruth #StopGenocide
