  1. Rough one! Dude only knows bullies from whatever age the bullying started till now, I’m sure he was bullied through his prison time too. I’m not sure he should be allowed out but what a F’d up situation!!
I’ve never been a bully or bullied but my wife has growing up and several abusive relationships, I feel bad for both sides.

  2. Crimes committed by a 13 year old need to be observed much differently than those done by an adult. At 13, the brain is still developing = the real potential for meaningful rehabilitation. Given Erics behavior after being jailed, I would speculate he should have been released earlier, as there was no indication he harbored the psychiatric abnormalities that could result in further serious violence. His significant degree of remorse shows that he accepts accountability.

  3. It's so utterly pathetic that this monster was let out of prison, while people who dealt drugs are rotting in prison for the rest of their lives, some over 30 years. The justice system is so messed up, it is not even funny. The best part is when these pieces of trash claim they committed murders because they were bullied.

  4. Ya who’s gonna want to marry him? I could never marry a man knowing he killed a defenseless little 4 yr old. I could never have kids with someone like that. That 4 yr old never got to grow up or have a family so why does he….

  5. No, he has not changed, it is easy to see and what he says, nothing makes sense because he has no idea of the things he said he will do when he does get out.

  6. RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE SAYS IT ALL. THIS IS THE INTERNET. SUSPECT 2 GETTING THE TRUTH NOT SO MUCH. BUYING ALL THE PRODUCTS THAT THEIR SELLING YA, BELIEVING ALL THE LIES THEIR TELLING YA. U NO THE CHORUS. HE HAS BEEN TURNED OUT IN LOCK UP. NO THIS. HE IS A SEASONED CRIMANIMAL THIS IS A FACT.

  7. I love how it took until this guy was almost 30 for the psychologists to start seeing compassion in him. How is that a good sign that he should be let out? This was not caused by bullying, he just naturally lacks empathy and is dangerous.

  8. We live in a world where an American president helped start an invasion of a country on lies and ended up killing one million innocent civilians in Iraq and he still walk free meanwhile a 13 bullied kid with obvious mental problems kills a 4 year old child and spends 28 years in prison, so my question is how many years should George W Bush be spending in prison for lying about weapons of mass destruction that resulted in an invasion that killed 1M innocent civilians
