  4. I would like to see a bill passed that says if Congress is unable to balance the budget, they dont get paid. And that no money leaves the country for foreign aid unless it comes out of a surplus in the countries budget.

What NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY is giving ILLEGALS WELFARE SPENDING CARDS worth over $11,000 a month, that’s what they’re getting here in NYC, and STOP GIVING ILLEGALS 62 years of age & over OUR, AMERICANS, SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY and Medical Cards no matter their age, they show this FEDERAL MEDICAL CARD at ANY DRS Office, this includes Specialist, they only pay a $15 co-pay and for ANY SURGERIES they mite need or get they ONLY PAY a $250 Deductible

The only difference between the Republicans voting for this bill and the ones voting against is that the ones voting for it have an eye on the November elections fast approaching and what it would do to Republican’s chances for votes if the government shuts down because of them. The against votes don’t know or don’t care or maybe both.
