  1. 613 lb = 278 kilo…
If each person served to 0.05 kilo (50 grams)
    278 ÷ 0.05 = 5,560
5,560 person can get for 0.05 kilo (50 grams)
If the price for dining is 800 USD
    $800 × 5,560 person = $4,448,000.00

  2. Everyone complaining about overfishing, the united states has nothing to do with overfishing i am in the fish business myself, and trust me there are plenty of fish here. Japan on the other hand doesn't have the laws that we do so they get their research over there then blame it on us American fishermen and come up with all of these rules and regulations that we didn't need over here in the first place. So don't beleive everything you hear the world is 71% ocean there are plenty of fish.

  3. Well the other thing is Japan is one of the top countries that use fish in most of their food, not just sushi. Their country itself needs a huge demand of fish at all times…it's going to be tricky on how they will keep up with this demand in the long run
