Mike Swigunski is a 33-year-old nomadic entrepreneur who moved to Tbilisi, Georgia from the U.S. He is able to take advantage of tax benefits from living abroad and a low cost of living that allows him to work as little or as often as he likes, and he still manages to make $275,000 a year. As a result he has traveled to 100 countries, can afford a two-story apartment, and has a private chef come six times a week to cook for him.

  1. Guy decided to be a first person in Rome than the second in the village so he knows that in Georgia people treat Americans very well since they have dollars money and they are guests..

  3. She comes there 6 days a week for $250 or is it 250 for a month, 6 days a week? I am moving there soon where could I find a chef?

  4. $600/mo for rent? What’s the average monthly salary in Tbilisi among professionals? What percentage of the population can afford this rental?

  5. 275k per year and you choose soviet country Georgia??? WOOOOW , I like how he conveniently omitted to speak about the local corruption and the fact that as soon as you leave the city centre, everything turns in to depressing soviet grey urban landscape. Not to mention you're withing artillery range of Russian forces that have an itchy trigger finger… meditate on that yankee

  6. Georgians are very respectful, with no racism. Just that not everyone understands English 😂. You can literally walk comfortably on the road with using Uber. Generally, they're nice people. If you rsside in the Gulf countries, then you don't need a visa to visit Georgia.
