  7. In my opinion, the false diplomacy of the islamic world by declaring Hamas as the army of Palestine instead of an organization or a group had played a major role in giving an impression that this genocide is actually a war between the two countries, which is certainly not.

    Regardless of the status of the recent resolution in the security council, the whole world has already condemned the ongoing genocide but it is all about the implementation and the practical steps that have been lacking throughout.

    Being a partner and the most closed nation to the Israel, the United States of America shares and holds the prime responsibility to intervene between the two not only for a cease fire but for a prominent solution of the conflict.

  15. When is the world going to wake up and realise that the British US and British former colonies don't care what the UN says or does. The UN exists to push their narrative and legitimise their actions as a formality. It's political theatre. It isn't meant to be real. And then South Africa pressed the fire alarm and the sprinklers came on. Now the US and its acolytes are facing the wrath of the global south. Social media, which they created to spread propaganda has turned on them. The Passion of Gaza has been livestreamed to the world. No more can Israel disguise and spin the truth. No more can the west pretend it's only helping to foster peace. The flush is busted. This is why the US is saying the UNSC has no legitimacy. It's the first time they've lost a round in this fight and they don't like their odds.

It's also showing that the US is becoming isolated in the World, standing as the only Western country to abstain and for the third session in a row, only having 3 third-world countries with questionable democracies standing on their side on the votes. It says more about America's position in the world today than it does Israel

  28. This resolution passed by UNSC is binding as it is a decision of the UNSC. Hence, the following from the UN & UNSC Charters are applicable:

    1. Article 25 of the United Nations Charter states that all members of the United Nations agree to accept and carry out the Security Council's decisions.

    2. The Security Council can take enforcement action under Chapter VII of the Charter. This includes:

    Determining if there is a threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression

    Making recommendations

    Taking non-military and military action

    3. The Security Council can also decide on measures not involving the use of armed force. These measures may include:

    Complete or partial interruption of economic relations

    Interruption of rail, sea, air, postal, telegraphic, radio, and other means of communication

    Severance of diplomatic relations

    If the Security Council considers that the measures provided for in Article 41 would be inadequate, it may take action by air, sea, or land forces.

  37. In accordance with Article 25 of the UN Charter, ALL as in ALL the resolutions adopted by the Security Council acting under Chapter VII of the Charter, are considered international laws and are legally binding by ALL member states. THAT resolution is legally binding no doubt bout it.

  41. Hamas refused the immediate and unconditional release of the hostages. They also refuse the visit by the Red Cross. It is a war crime to take hostages, abuse them, kill them and refuse the visit of the Red Cross. I don't get it how ignorant the UN is! They are totally useless!

  46. A 😮😢😮😢😮😢 bad ＆ nasty😢😮😮😮😮😮 retired director from General Dynamics, previously worked in San Diego, probably more than 85 yrs old now, is abusing US Gov's monitoring satellite to harass normal US civilians, inside USA & all over the world for his own entertainment & amusement.

    These remote sensors of the monitoring satellites are capable of interpreting the words you're thinking in your mind, may be, by air vibration or by scanning the brainwaves from your brain.

    The Israeli IDF are using similar satellite technologies to spy on the Hamas leadership hiding deep inside the Gaza Tunnels. IDF once released footage of these videos in much degraded resolution.

    This could also have been the way how our intelligence services obtained classified information on Xi Jinping's missile deployment within China.

    This retired General Dynamics director could have been the mastermind behind the plane crash killing the Secretary of Commerce Ronald Brown of the Clinton Administration, in the plane crash in 1996 in Croatia.

    The United States as we learned and studied in American high school does not exist anymore; it has been destroyed.

    United States have been dead. American citizens don't have human rights.

    This retired Director of General Dynamics is indeed a national disgrace of the United States.

    If this America disgrace wants to harrass any American civilian, he just puts this American into our Gov. blacklist for monitoring, and he can harass this American civilian.

  47. After the US abstained, and then later saying its non-binding will hurt Israel further – we are not concerned abt the safe distribution of humanitarian aids to gaza civilians only, but the release of all remaining hostages as well.
