Joe Biden’s 3 Likeliest Pathways to Re-Election in 2024

1. Special counsel said Joe Biden is old and stupid and not mentally able to stand trial. Hes your #1 dumbass Democrat.

2. Some very wishful thinking in this "analysis". 2016 is the baseline for 2024 with the third parties back in play, that's the reality. (and that's without taking RFK, or Biden's atrociously bad approval ratings into account)

   GA, NV and AZ are effectively out of play for Biden. There is a chance the abortion ruling could shift the race in AZ, but given the 1800's law has already been voted to be repealed, believing any ballot initiative on the topic there will drastically swing things is at best a crapshoot. Biden will not hold the blue wall, there is no math in which he holds all of WI, PA and MI with third parties in play. If AZ does stay blue, then Biden can afford to lose WI, but that's it, if he loses any other state or more than one of those states, and even holding on to AZ he won't win, and if he can't hold AZ, he loses any of the blue wall its over for him.

   Biden is tanked everywhere, even the deep blue states, He's down 10-15 points even in some of the deepest blue states, at this point odds he'll be able to win NY by double digits is at best a toss up.

   Most likely scenario at this point, Trump wins with the 2016 map (or something very close to it) plus a few additional states like NV.

   When you do start to look at Biden's historically bad approval ratings, you see an even bleaker view:

   Poll after poll that has asked these 3 questions shows exactly why Biden's in a bad bad place for re-election:

   1) Did you vote in 2020?
   2) Who did you vote for in 2020?
   3) Who do you plant to vote for in 2024?

   Every poll that has asked these three questions has consistently came back with the same outcome. Of folks who voted for Biden in 2020, only 80-85% of them plan to vote for Biden in 2024, and 1/2 of those who voted for Biden in 2020, but don't plan on voting for him in 2024 state they intend to vote for Trump. Of folks who voted for Trump in 2020, ~97% of them plan to vote for Trump again in 2024. In a rematch from an election decided by a few tens of thousands of votes in a handful of states last time, there is no way you can look at that info and conclude Biden is in the drivers seat.

   Either one of these factors on their own make Biden's re-election the lower probable outcome, but together? No honest analyst can look at that data and present you a scenario where Biden's victory is the likely result.

   Time will tell, but anyone who thinks Biden is in the driver's seat, or presenting that "analysis" to you, is being disingenuous.

21. I actually believe Biden will do better in the electoral map than either of these three scenarios. He probably will win Georgia and Pennsylvania again, and may pick up North Carolina. Due to the unpopularity of Ron Desantis, and his recent endorsement of Trump, he may even win Florida. Also Texas, due to a deeply unpopular Governor, but flipping Texas may be a little bit harder. Also since 2022 midterm elections, Democrats have been overperforming what is indicated in polling, even right up to the election. Take the Virginia election last fall, when Democrats took control of the house of delegates and the state senate, which was expected to go to the GOP. At least that’s the hope, because if Trump wins again, the United States will cease to be a democracy.

41. I think another pathway could be through PA, WI, NV, and AZ. MI could still go Trump with the Muslim voters abstaining. Same with GA for low black turnout. But WI and PA have more college educated voters than MI, which could help Biden win those two states. NV could still go blue due to the trends there being too slow, and AZ due to the abortion bill that has literally a 100% chance of passing. Not saying this would be my prediction, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the outcome.
