  7. They created the congestion by allowing all the "ride share" companies in, instead of expanding the number taxis in Manhattan. That invited everyone to make money driving in the city which flooded the city with cars. Now their solution to their problem is to tax everyone who drives in.

  8. Not even good for small investors. You use your own money that's already heavily taxed, you take all the investment risks of losing money and then they tax you heavily on any gain.

  19. Trump is not a good substitute, but being seen as a "patriot", makes him quite invincible (in terms of the lowy characters voting for him). Trump as President again, will eventually downgrade America to be a junior member of BRICKS.

  20. Financial resources are limited (FIN101). If the top 10% arbitrages=steals 5 of the 6 pieces of the limited slices of the pie, there is only 1 piece of the pie for the 90% non-wealthy segment of the population. The top 10% also evades property taxes via the agricultural exemption.

  29. Hey O'Leary, have you ever financed a commercial income property? Do you (Mr. Expert) really understand the process. Please tell me Mr. Wonderful, now that the process used to finance a commercial property that is used around the world, a fair, just, equitable, standardize, and globally accepted process that is now ILLEGAL through Judge Moron's ruling, so tell me Mr. Wonderful…, PLEASE TELL ME…, what will be the new procedure to finance commercial properties?

    How many Universities are now going to have to go back and remove income approach to value from their finance classes? What new process will Lenders use to arrive at an asset's value?

    You financial geniuses just don't get it! How does a new financial model get developed that will withstand the judicial approval of Judge Moron? Just maybe you idiots should address the real issue and get Judge Moron's screwed up decision flushed down the toilet where it belongs. How does the entire financial community just sit by and wait to have a target nailed on their back so they can be charged with such a made-up crime?

    BTW, I strongly suspect that you HAVE financed a commercial property and you too may be guilty of the very crime that Judge Moron ruled that President Trump committed. For that matter, every commercial property developer everywhere is guilty of this novel crime. Are we just waiting to see who gets charged next?
