He needs to pay off his debts. You make 150K and have like 30K in debts. makes no sense.
💀
In the USA, individuals living in cars due to partial homelessness result from a complex interplay of factors. High housing costs relative to income, stagnant wages, and income inequality drive this issue. Job loss, weak social support, medical expenses, evictions, and lack of affordable housing also contribute, while systemic problems and inadequate policies further perpetuate the phenomenon.
I can confirm this is possible. I worked 3 jobs while getting my engineering degree and then got an MBA. Now, I make descent income over 6 figures and own real state. “Work while others sleep.”
So glad that the hustle paid off for him, doesn't happen for everybody.
3:09 He says he got a "full academic scholarship." Then at 4:26, you say he owes $5k in student loans. I'm catching a lot of lies in this series.
So he’s an associate producer of a major network, yet he doesn’t have employer based health insurance? Strange.
Terziel Stay Up Ma Brehhh

Why have all those investments and carry around car debt and student load debt…. Dummy. Pay it off!
I’m watching these videos and it makes me want to make my dream come true
Is it possible to transition to becoming a producer from a different field? this is something I've been interested in for a long time
His gf insists on going 50/50 on bills huh, thats interesting 😜, certain people from our community would have a problem with that lol

I like this kid a lot. Respect.
Impressive work ethic and inspiring that he studied very hard with many challenges. Fantastic that he prioritises his mental health and well being, along with saving and investings a high portion of his income. What a warrior!
150k in LA after taxes is like 80k. after rent dis foo only spending 25k a year on his lifestyle.
Yall in the comments r so lost i feel scared for the future of america.
He definitely doesn't spend it on proper color correction. Or even mediocre production for that matter
I knew he was Guyanese! I love that he saves a lot and goes to therapy.
Is the money posted on the titles of these videos pre or post tax?

Now this is a guy with a good head on his shoulders!
This guy is a good example of saving. Put away anything you can when you are young and let it compound. Awesome job!
