Terzel Ron, 25, lives in Los Angeles, California, and earns $150,000 a year as an associate producer. Terzel also freelances as a production manager, entertainment host and reporter. He lives with his girlfriend, Rupal, renting an apartment in LA while working from home most days.

Please start maintaining a daily journal which will be vital to your documentary- Please include community involvement in your life on a regular basis- Success is waiting for you, so go GET it.

  2. In the USA, individuals living in cars due to partial homelessness result from a complex interplay of factors. High housing costs relative to income, stagnant wages, and income inequality drive this issue. Job loss, weak social support, medical expenses, evictions, and lack of affordable housing also contribute, while systemic problems and inadequate policies further perpetuate the phenomenon.

  3. I can confirm this is possible. I worked 3 jobs while getting my engineering degree and then got an MBA. Now, I make descent income over 6 figures and own real state. “Work while others sleep.”

  5. 150k in LA after taxes is like 80k. after rent dis foo only spending 25k a year on his lifestyle.
