  1. I remember watching Kerri's vault. I was 12 years old, and gymnastics was my favorite Olympic sport to watch. I jumped up and screamed for joy when she nailed that landing. My heart then sank when I saw that she was injured

  2. I remember being a kid when this happened. Kerri landing that final flip with a messed up ankle is one of the most memorable moments in Olympic history

  3. Im 44 i watched the whole thing back then. Its never left my mind. My whole family watching these awesome ladles and their bravery and strength. I was still get chills thinking about it.

  4. I wasn’t even born until three years after this Olympics, but my mom showed it to me when I was young on VHS. I wore out that VHS. I actually still have it. Seriously though Amanda Borden was like my idol. When I was five I literally cut my hair to look like hers lol

  5. It's so touching how the legacy these girls left still inspired next generations till now. And I believe it's one of the greatest things you could achieve as a human being.

  6. This is what I miss about living in the 1990’s.
People looked at each other with a smile.
They came together more. They laughed more. They played more. Heck yeah we might’ve argued as much but Atleast there was more happiness in the air. People loved life more.
