Hurricane warnings were put in place in the northwestern Bahamas as Dorian approached the island nation. A direct hit in the Bahamas is likely on Sunday into Monday.

Forecasters say Dorian will likely slow down considerably as it approaches Florida, allowing for heavy rainfall, dangerous winds and life-threatening storm surge to linger.

The Defense Force has been released to rescue people in East Grand Bahama. If you know anyone who is trapped, have them call 242-351-9774 so they can get on the RESCUE list.

  2. seems like someone has been exaggerating to get people to buy a lot of emergency items so there would be an uptick in the economy. It certainly
wouldn't surprise me. Especially since now it's supposedly moved so far away from Florida & now GA & the Carolinas are on the hurricane's hit list. Now they wil be spending money for emergency items. Yep I am definitely skeptical about this hurricane & what we've been told about where it's been & where it's going. Maybe I should check to see if there are some live feeds around the area they say it's located right now.

  4. This so called Hurricane won't hit anywhere, it's all Biznis, they take advantage of people's fear and emotions, I don't take this seriously for over 2 decades, people will buy out water, food, gas and much more, everyone profits from Hurricane exept is people

  5. Loving this coverage, in the past many people have blamed The media the government etc. on not enough coverage or coverage too late, we never know exactly what a hurricane will do just like a tornado, This coverage seems right on ,compared to some of the other ones I was watching

  6. Every time I look for update, I keep thinking about all the islands and Bahamas, praying for them now, that's not even a strong enough feeling shame just a shame, Mother nature, just seems everybody below Florida gets hit every time, Puerto Rico got lucky, this biotch needs to speed up
