Republican strategist breaks down latest polling numbers ahead of 2024 US election

Recent polling from Bloomberg and Morning Consult shows Donald Trump is retaining a healthy lead over Joe Biden in seven swing states.

The survey polled residents in seven key states: North Carolina Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

The poll showed Donald Trump holding his strongest lead over Biden in North Carolina by 13 per cent points followed by 12 per cent points in Nevada.

Republican strategist Colin Reed has discussed the latest polling with Sky News Australia.

“These numbers were pretty eye-opening because these are states that many of which President Biden carried four years ago and when he did it was by the narrowest of margins,” he told Sky News Australia.

“So it’s got to be something the White House and their allies are concerned about because the election is drawing near.”

  5. THESE WERE THE NUMBERS ON 2020 ELECTION NIGHT JUST BEFORE NEWS OUTLETS SHUT DOWN FOR THE NIGHT…. PENNSYLVANIA – Trump was leading 56% to 43% with 64% of the ballots counted. WISCONSIN – Trump was leading 51% to 47% with 90% of the ballots counted. GEORGIA – Trump was leading 52% to 46% with 87% of the ballots counted. MICHIGAN – Trump was leading 54% to 45% with 61% of ballots counted. What are the odds of Trump winning these states? Statistically they were almost a certainty. This was before many mail-in ballots were counted. The next day it was announced Biden took all these states. Hmmmm….something is fishy here. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

  6. umm Trump and Haley was one on one in the New Hampshire primary and he kicked her ass. She has not won an election in South Carolina since 2014, the state and the GOP has changed since then. She is no where near beating Trump.

Over 26 women so far have come forward to say he raped or assaulted them in the past. Sounds like he's a "serial" sexual predator. His name is also in the Epstein documents.     –Stock market at all-time high
    –Unemployment at record low
    –Inflation back under its historical average
    –Borders? Republicans are holding up border reform. Plus, according to Trump, China manufactured COVID. That means a foreign entity was responsible for 1.1 MILLION American deaths. That hardly suggests a "safe border."

    Plus, Trump is the one using Nazi rhetoric and praising dictators. Only fools vote for Trump.

  28. The most accurate polls in every U.S. Presidential election since 2004 have been the IBD/TIPP polls (Investor's Business Daily). None of the other big names (e.g., Gallup, Quinnipiac, ABC, NBC, CBS, Washington Post, etc.) ever get it right. In fact, the IBD/TIPP poll was one of only two in the entire U.S. that accurately forecast a Trump victory in the 2016 election over Hillary. It also predicted the Biden victory in 2020. The point I'm making is that most poll results are meaningless unless they're from IBD/TIPP. And no, I don't have any connection to that organization — I just appreciate accuracy. People need to keep in mind that some polling companies are in the tank for one party or the other because if they report that a particular candidate is ahead and/or could win, that candidate can continue to generate campaign donations. If they report that a candidate is down in the polls, that campaign money dries up. I'm not saying they're all corrupt or compromised, but many could very well be. So why even report poll results from companies that have no track record of being accurate?
