  1. Purportedly there's 168,300 ev chargers available and approx. 3 million EV on US roads. Self service, no employees.

For ICE, there's 196,6xx gas stations with numerous pumps, (low end estimate of 2,360,000 pumps). The jobs, station owners, millions of pumps generating all sorts of large relied on tax revenues to keep the road infrastructure going.

No headlines dare mention the stupidity of this green fascist administration economics forced EV by such x year movement.

Approx. 276 million registered vehicles in the USA. Minus the approx. 3 million EV and look at the massive income ICE and ancillary business it generates… the taxes collected is what the Govt wants the most. Where will they seek the tax revenue if they wipe petroleum vehicle? By 2035, electricity rates and taxes potentially will be 10 times the current.

  2. Apple needs to go ahead and acquire Rivian. Rivian needs the cash infusion and Apple has a ton of cash. Apple needs to get into the EV and IA space in a big way. Bigger Ipads are not going to cut it.

  3. Apple could have bought Tesla in 2018, they turned that down. Why would they buy Rivian. Doesn’t make sense. Apple would have to pour billions into Rivian. Maybe GM might try partnering with Rivian.

  4. My investments in stocks and crypto are not meeting my expectations. Any last minute tips to improve my situation and make more $$$? I really need some urgent advice

  5. I'm not comfortable with these people discussing the apple company the fruit on the bar and graph ch. It does not humor me and how many apples are in five pounds from apple 14 etc. These editorials by these comedians need to cease

  6. Why would apple massively fail at building a car because they are radically clueless then jump right into another car project? They do not make cars. What would they possibly add to an auto maker? Self driving? Nobody is looking to Apple for anything automotive.

  7. Roughly £120k in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.

  8. Rivian needs to focus on making affordable cars, keeping their profit margins high , focus on adding physical servicing/maintenance shops in different areas, lowering their debt to income ratio, add charging stations to different locations and charge non rivian cars a fee. After all that is done then they can start working with different AI companies. Rn I don’t recommend any buy this stock

  9. If apple takes a significant stake in Rivian and collabrates with them, it will initate a fierce competition between Tesla and Rivian. Competition will be productive for both of these pure EV companies. Bear in mind, Amazon already has a significant stake in Rivian. Things are really looking promising for rivian on a longer timeline.

  10. EV market is highly saturated. The reason Apple scrapped Project Titan was because there was no revenue to be made in the saturated EV environment, especially with BYD exporting its overcapacity as the Chinese consumer has been decimated and the youth having 20% unemployment. There is a reason TSLA cutting 20% of its workforce.

Xi is currently visiting Europe where the European leaders are saying that they may block imports of the Chinese cars, potentially leaving millions of cars floating on the global market. It's going to take years for the EV market to rebalance.

If Elon successfully implements the Robotaxi fleet, there will be little reason to even buy a car if you can order a self driving tesla to take you to your destination for 20$. You won't have insurance costs or depreciation costs, with the comfort of A to B travel in a Tesla. Rivian does not have the capital to buy and train their fleet to self drive. Their best shot is going to licensing the software self driving system from Tesla.

  11. How is Rivian different than any other over-hyped money-losing company headed for bankruptcy? Rivian convinced early investors to pour in tens of billions of $$s. But now Rivian is consistently losing $1.5 bill/qtr (4Q23). Between the convertibles and lack of plans to reduce losses, it will be increasingly difficult to attract new money. Rivian had 963 mill sh o/s as of 12/31/23. Like 100% of companies that lose money every quarter, Rivian will almost certainly go bankrupt. Feel sorry for any Rivian owners
