Polls opened in Russia’s Far East for the first of the 3 days of voting in a presidential election set to prolong President Vladimir Putin’s rule by six more years. Voting is also taking place in the Russian-controlled parts of Ukraine who are the candidates contesting against Putin and who all were barred from running. Watch this video to know more.
