  1. The SCOTUS is wrong about only congress can enforce it, section 3 says nothing of the sort. This is one of the reasons over 60% of americans no longer believe in the court.

  2. It’s one thing for a state to kick someone off a state ballot, it’s quite another to kick a president off a state ballot.

President is a national candidate, and every state votes on the presidents.

It is this laymen’s opinion that states can stop candidates from either house of Congress from their ballot because only that states voters vote on them.

  3. International conference call –

Putin: "Our orange boy has gotten himself in trouble again. I'm a little low on funds at the moment. Xi, do you have any pocket change you can funnel into his Chinese bank accounts?"

Xi: "Won't be easy this time. Everybody watching now. Hey Mo, how about you?"

MBS: "No way. I gave $2 billion to his stupid kid. I'm out."

  4. @YankeeDoodle2 Trump was found liable for insurrection by a jury in a civil case in a Colorado court. The Amendment does not state a criminal conviction is needed. Disqualification from office is not a criminal punishment. Most of the people barred from office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment after the Civil War were never charged or convicted of crimes. Disqualification was automatic. Some of their acts of insurrection were much less than what Trump did.

  5. 'Cowboys for Trump'? Really???

They have absolutely no concept of how ridiculous they appear to the rest of their country, or the world for that matter.

  6. ITS hard to believe that Trump threatened the American voters with a blood bath if we don't vote for him. That is what he said. I'm still voting Democratic all the way. Up yours Trump.

  7. Funny how they go on and on about being patriotic, but try to rewrite or discredit the Constitution whenever it's convenient for them.
