“Sure It’s The ISIS, Not Kyiv?” Russia Asks US As Bloodied Moscow Attack Suspects Appear In Court

Four men accused of involvement in the Moscow concert hall attack that killed at least 137 people have been charged with terrorism. The four men, all of whom are citizens of Tajikistan as per Russian state media, risk a life sentence in prison, Moscow’s Basmanny district court said. The accused showed signs of severe beatings and one appeared to be barely conscious during the hearing. The President of Tajikistan condemned the Moscow attack in a call with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. The British finance minister said London has “very little confidence” in Russia’s claims on the Moscow attack, accusing it of trying to “defend” it’s assault on Ukraine.

By judging on the nature and scope of this so-called "TERRORIST ATTACK" on a Russian Concert Hall as of my observation it cannot be planned, organised and delivered by a group of terrorists such as ISIS but by a State or States collectively. I believe the fact of this event will soon be uncovered by the Russian Government. Not any influential individuals or nations can preemptively exonerate these criminals for the crimes they committed in Russia.

    How can the US, as an outsider, convincingly or meaningfully confirm that it was ISIS that attacked and killed innocent people in a Moscow Concert Hall? That sounds really odd to me as an audience. I also heard the news via the US media, prior to the killing incident, the US had informed Russia with specific details, including the Concert Venue where the attack would be coming but I cannot figure it out how the US got such details so precisely and yet Russia ignored it!
