“Water shortages”- low levels at reservoirs are known by officials 4..5..6 months before but nothing is said until after Songkron.
Water shortages causing places to close are common every year on many islands. I see it every season on koh mook.
I wonder where the Pattaya officials are going to find the necessary water to supply all those new high rise condo?
People should consider going to the beach to splash water, and leave water needed for public health and safety at safe levels .
