  1. I live in 72nd street and Collins in Miami Beach. 2 days ago there was a shooting on 73rd st and Collins at 7pm. 3 people ended up hospitalized. 3 weeks ago someone was sexually assaulted on 75th street and Ocean Terrace at 5pm.

  2. Seriously terrible softball interview. I clearly recall just a few months ago shootouts and curfews in Miami. A lot of people are moving to Florida, in general and naturally the largest city will attract most people, but saying he came up with some magic formula is idiotic.
At the very least, if you're going to parade SF as a failing city, you have to acknowledge that Miami is playing catch-up, whether in terms for population, industry, or real estate prices, etc. They're not even playing in the same league right now, and I am not seeing anything that shows that they will do better if they ever do catch up.

  3. you giving this dude too much credit. miami is swarming due to the ease to get drugs, the party life, the beach was always there, its tropic, the scenery is good, the surrounding is good , so what exactly is he doing to improve the portfolio of miami.

can we move a sunny beach to other areas, with the inter-coastal, the tropics, and the drug dealers and crime boss who makes a killing off the port and a party lifestyle for the ages!

people have been moving to florida for decades and its not because of him and the prices of home and the artificial inflation will finally catch up with miami like it did in 2008

  4. Liberalism/"progressivism"/wokism/leftism/the Demon-c-RAT Party and the Demon-c-RAT Party's lapdogs (aka mainstream secular media) are a terminal (moral, social, economic and, SPECIALLY, spiritual) cancer that will ultimately destroy this nation from within if not fought back, folks…
