Education, whatever they may be, is good. Education is education. Period.
4 years and 100k dollars…yeah most of them are gonna regret it when they’re making 20 an hour working side by side with someone without that type of debt.
At this point in time, the word "buzzword" used in an argument is, in an of itself, a "buzzword". Ironic, isn't it?
I’m noticing a common trend in these videos. A lot of these young people seem to have an air of arrogance about them, but they don’t make clear and concise points. They tend to talk all over the place, talk over people, cannot string thoughts, sentences or concepts together . They don’t have any kind of decorum. They are often rude and quite childish. Most of them Don’t know anything about the subject be discussed. They tend to not be able to regulate their emotions.
We all know a guy like Mister Know it All.
If this student bought some milk, and was spoiled, couldn’t use it at all, that’s okay with him. This is an ignorant culture for sure. Who wants to pay for a philosophy that hates them?
Most of the time what college does on a résumé is show that you have enough drive and discipline to do college course material. It says a lot about a person that doesn’t drop out. A lot of the people that drop out generally don’t have their act together and are not focused, nor disciplined. not always, but in a lot of cases. But the costs are ridiculous and I don’t know why we don’t question that more.
I love the idea but you always argue with the most ignorant of them. I can’t take it
College has a lot of unnecessary fluff in it that doesn't prepare you for the career field you are trying to get into. Also, most degrees are way overpriced. I wouldn't go as far as to say it is an outright scam though. It is your responsibility to assess whether college is actually necessary to get into your field or whether you will actually get anything useful out of it. Colleges are businesses trying to sell a product, so of course they will oversell their product as much as they legally can. We see this all the time in advertisements. Assuming you actually finished your degree, you got what you paid for even if it doesn't lead to the expected outcome, which is a good career. It's an investment. It absolutely is a risk and does not guarantee your success. That being said, yes, there are many careers for which college is unnecessary. And if you only seek to make a good living, yes, you don't need to go to college. So people should stop insisting college is necessary to have a well-paying career.
Like, like like like .. like like
isn't it amazing how when they say, that's a good answer…. and they can never answer it…
This guy is such a joke. He is skipping the mid bid point.
How many times did this brainwashed dude say "LIKE"? 🤔
College students are not taught how to think! They are taught WHAT to think!
Going into a debate acting smug is never a good idea. Then again, these are children still.
by swearing, as a student of public speaking, he IS A PROOF that college is a Scam!!!
The main problem is the LOWERED intellectual standards required now to get into college and university. Obama organized these changes and the HIGHER cost some years ago. These expensive time-wasting institutions are no longer for higher learning, they are now full of arrogant, naive youngsters being taught Marxist, Socialist and Communist propaganda, and modern parents are now accustomed to the government baby-sitting their children.
Education has become nothing more than a government run baby-sitting system, even babies and toddlers are put into so-called child "care" facilities, sponsored by the government, while the mother concentrates on her "career"- double taxed parents now. The State has raised most of the youngsters, badly as we can see.
During the government run high school period they are subjected to intensive sexual and psychological training, followed by further intensive propaganda in the so-called higher learning institutions and those that are suitable are then shepherded into our political system to become yes men and women, "useful idiots".
That's why this young man cannot understand the message being given – he has been scammed and proves the point with his childish responses.
College is useful if you make it so
This guy is comical 🤣… I knew college was a scam before even going, after they made my older brother take a humanities class while he was attending college to become an auto's technician.. the class was meant to make him "more sociable" in the work place.. cause broken automobiles need friends!!! 🤣🤣
this guys watches too much Destiny…its annoying as shit..
If these people are so into college then maybe they should enroll in sex education that way they can learn that men can’t give birth to babies and that there’s only two genders.
He promised everyone there they wouldn’t regret their experience. The height of arrogance.
If college isn't a scam, why did I, a diesel mechanic, need 2 writing classes, and economics course and a sociology class in order to get my associates degree of applied science in Diesel Equipment Technology? Because it's a scam and indoctrination. Unfortunately my male role models in life never taught me how to work on vehicles otherwise I never would've needed school. It's extremely hard to be a mechanic without some sort of previous experience
It doesn't take that much to get a rise out of these young people. Mr.Kirk had that guy sounding like a typical street person at the end. I guess staying school won't guarantee that one will not loose their cool.
Actually both are right, it is about nuancing the claim like they did disagreeing. College can be a scam in certain aspects, but it can be also useful to learn some skills and in some cases indispensable to access certain jobs like lawyer or doctor. NO need of the animosity…
A college degree gets you in the door. Companies will generally hire a person with a college degree before they'll hire someone with just a high school diploma. Once you're in, the rest is up to you.
Glad the kid thinks it’s so useful, so we agree no tax payer money will EVER repay your USEFUL degree that you can’t repay yourself!
