  3. Trump nor any other president controls our economy or energy prices. Economy: Controlled by the 13 members of the Federal Reserve Board which controls our money supply. Our money supply is made up of 98% of the money banks create when they create a loan. Banks DO NOT loan out their customer's money. Only S&L's and credit unions do that. Look up fractional banking. Energy: pure supply and demand and capitalism. Believing any presidents control these two actvities is like believing the president controls our weather. WAKE UP voters.

  13. THE SIMPLE ANSWER TO THIS IS MOST AMERICAN VOTERS ARE STUPID. THEY THINK THAT TRUMP WILL SOLVE ITS PROBLEMS AND ITS FOREIGN POLICY. THE YOUNG VOTERS WHO BENEFITTED FROM THE STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS ARE ALL CRAB MENTALITY EXPECTING FOR ZERO STUDENT LOAN

  14. Is it a problem with the messaging? Do people just no know how good the economy is right now? Those questions demonstrate the problem. They want to pretend all these people are stupid and uninformed. They're not. People just aren't getting paid enough to afford the increase in goods and services. Rent went up 5.5% over the last year, and over 25% in many big cities across the country That's huge. The jobs are located in the areas where rent went up the most. There's also less participation among the US born workers. I've got friends in their 20s, 30s and 40s sitting on their butts all day after losing jobs and businesses during or after Covid, and the vast majority of these guys switched over to Trump in the last couple of years. I think the number of people that vote for Trump will completely shock Democrats. Just the Hispanic and Black Men that like Trump is enough for me to throw up red flags.

    Also, I just want to mention that it isn't all about the economy. People are afraid that Biden will take the country into WW3, because they see the complete chaos around the world. The wars in Africa, Israel and Ukraine are horrifying most Americans. It seems like our enemies are making their move against Biden. It doesn't help that the Democrat Party is attempting to prosecute Trump for all kinds of nonsense. It's like we're living in Banana Republic. The consequences of Democrats succeeding would be incredibly damaging for the United States, because our enemies will never let Democrats/Biden forget how they imprisoned a political opponent. Democrats can scream all they want about the dangers of Trump, but the problem with their argument is that we are living through the most dangerous period since the run-up to WW2. More Dangerous.

  21. Low key hoping Trump wins. Maybe then we can get close borders. There might be jobs and base pay has gone up 19% since 2019 but everything else has risen 30%. People are paying more for everything.

  31. The blindness to the state of the economy by people who are "well off", simply looking at unemployment numbers and job openings is baffling. People aren't upset that they can't find a job, they're upset that their groceries, essential goods, and rent have gone up 30% when they were already living paycheck to paycheck. They're upset that inflation, rent, and home prices are far outpacing rising wages. The fact that this woman calls this "STUPID" to be concerned about just shows where their head is at…or NOT at, rather. I guarantee you, not being able to afford food for you kids will always be a priority over any other social or geopolitical issue. And don't bother trying to debate the nuances of "economy", nobody cares, they only care if they can afford more food or less food with this months paycheck.

  41. A messaging error? No Americans got the message very loud and clear. The message is sent to every American every time they go to the grocery store. These dudes are so disconnected from everyday Americans. Home interests on the way to 10%. Trump called people out about interest rates, and actually put pressure on this independent Fed doing whatever they want. Trump asked Saudis to pump oil when prices went up. May not seem like a big deal to you, but people notice when we’ve seen someone do something what doing nothing looks like. Every time there was macro economic issue Trump was talking or meeting someone, or putting pressure on people. Biden is lackluster. Never seen him once say interest rates are too high and this needs to change. Biden sold out so hard to these people.
