  2. You have to really think how hard this has become, this question about Presidential immunity. This wouldn’t even be an issue if the Democrats hadn’t, using Covid for cover, started using everything possible to allow illegal voting. Then continued in 2022 with all these insecure options for voting. Everything has been questioned…even today there are thousands of irregular votes, late beyond deadline times, unsigned mail-in ballots, people in nursing homes not capable of knowing what they sign, and dead people are voting in question of the vote. The efforts by the Democrats, because Trump dared to question votes, like Democrats have done themselves has opened a Pandoras Box. But because Trump is a Republican, and the Democrats fear he will be elected, have created this Supreme Court “CRISIS” over the Presidential immunity. We’ve danced around that before in Americas past, but it was never pushed over the edge, for the sake of the Constitution and America. Whatever the Justices decide, this will affect anyone in the future who is president. The lack of logic by Democrats and RHINOS is amazing. This isn’t any longer about Trump, this is a SC decision for history, and those that want “to get something on Trump” before the election were willing to send America into this tailspin for their desire to control the presidency. They want business as usual. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!

  4. We would not have any of this issue if everyone had to prove that they are a US citizen to vote. Half of Americans do not believe the election is free and fair. What the Supreme Court need to rule is for everyone who votes need to show an ID. Neither Republicans or democrats will be able to dispute who really wins.

Trump lawyers should have argued that if scotus rules he did not have immunity on one private issue he did that he had no criminal intent and thought he could do his acts because they were legal and under immunity so the smith case should be throw out and the new standard set in their decision.

  16. The Defense needs to request the trial to start after the elections so we all know there will be no election interference. And see what to judge and prosecution say to that.
