The United States had issued a terror threat nearly a month ago for their citizens on March 7. In the warning, the US had said that the extremists are planning a massive target in mass gatherings in Moscow and advised US citizens to avoid large gatherings. Within a fortnight ISIS targeted the Crocus City Hall in Moscow with a massive attack that killed over 60 and injured moe than 140 people. Islamic State takes responsibility of the mass shooting.
