Ukraine’s fears are growing that foreign aid and arms supplies will soon be a thing of the past. This week, high-level EU talks in Brussels could decide the fate of the promised €50 billion in aid to Kyiv and additional money for new arms deliveries. On Monday, Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a stopover in Washington. There, the opposition US Republicans are blocking an aid package for Kiev worth 61 billion dollars. In the face of these difficult negotiations, an end to the war looks increasingly distant. What is the psychological impact of this protracted conflict on Ukraine?

  1. What is very surprising is that Ukraine voted against ceasefire in Gaza at UN general assembly which it means Ukraine is supporting the occupiers who is killing children in Gaza by thousands. I believe America's borders should be protected first not Ukraine. We don't even know who is entering our southern borders now. This is a new route for criminals and all sorts of people from around the world. It used to be only south and central Americans.

  2. I knew it. What a waste of life. Eventually, the West, and specifically the U.S., would move on. This conflict could have been avoided. Proxies are always expendable.

  3. I've been saying we won't support a long war essentially when it's the Ukrainians leader who won't even hold peace talks with Russia! This man enters war with hardly any money, but now him and his wife are stinking rich, who I ask? Maybe the corruption goes all the way to the top! He is buying a lot of things !

  4. Guys laughing at Taiwan and Phillipines are so wrong. US is redirecting funds from Ukraine to asian pacific. China will not stop building its ships to counter the incoming us navy.

  5. It makes sense to me that Putin keeps pressuring his army to attack in Ukraine. I believe he is trying to grind down the Ukrainian army and especially support for Ukraine. The war in Ukraine is costing everyone a lot of money including Russia. In the west we have abundant drive throughs and instant coffee. So I think everyone expected a quick end to the war. But Putin keeps pressuring his army to advance regardless of how many of his soldiers perish or how many tanks he loses or how big the Russian deficit gets. Putin keeps increasing the Russian deficit gambling that Western support for Ukraine will fade. If Putin wins the war he will hollow out Ukraine and keep moving westward. He already has a toehold in Moldova. He has pro Russian activists there trying to topple the government. We can not let Putin win. I fear what Putin will do to the Ukrainian people. As human beings we must help Ukraine rid itself of the Russian gangsters so it can be free and live a good life.

  6. What's up with the countries that been around for years and years 🤔 how come you don't have money to help them🤔why is it always USA🤔 why because we are a Republic not a Democracy!!

  7. Incredible if some people in the west are concerned over something so trivial as money. If we let democractic countries fall and dictators win because we are not willing to invest MONEY then what happens when they truly challenge us? When we need to pay with the blood of thousands, tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of our countrymen and women? If we are not even willing to commit even something so trivial as MONEY then our democracies are as good as gone. A century or two and freedom and democracy is all just dust in the wind.

  8. I'm Hungarian. The illegal ruler of our country is called viktor orbán. Why is it illegal? Because there have been no free democratic elections in Hungary since 2014. That's 10 years!

What else should happen so that EU decision-makers finally realize that the Hungarian government is nothing more than Putin's Trojan horse? A virus that wants to kill European freedom.

And since there is no longer an independent court in our country, Orbán himself should be arrested by the EU for his crimes against Hungarians. For God's sake, he's Putin's equal, yet he's never been indicted. EU, please wake up before it's too late.

  9. Orban is a friend of ucrainian people. From the start he asked to stop the war. But no one was listened. So many people were died because of the military aid. It's a shame on politics that could not decide conflicts like that by negotiations. Now Zelensky totaly depends of the war. He cant stop even if ucrainian society will ask him. If he will stop the war there will be many financial questions to him. So back to the show.

  10. The visit by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to the US is an attempt to pressure Americans to give up their fight for border security and allow more funding for Kiev instead, Republican Senator James David Vance said on Tuesday. The Ohio senator called Zelensky’s move to seek more funding “utterly disgraceful.” Vance added that the Ukrainian president is coming to the US “lecturing” Americans and “demanding” more of their taxpayer dollars. He said Zelensky’s visit will end with an “undignified process” in which the Ukrainian leader will demand that US lawmakers sign off on further funding or be labeled “puppets” of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Best give him nothing & make him negotiate peace.
