  1. What the hell is wrong with these prosecutors recommending such pathetic weak sentences for these MAGA traitors? Many of the judges too! They do do not believe in the rule of law!

  2. When he ‘promises’ to pardon all those arrested for January 6, why doesn’t ANYBODY ask him why he didn’t pardon them when he had weeks to do so?!?

  3. Sentencing disparity is the "evidence" of our 2-Tiered Justice System. The incarceration, Probation, and Fines are seemingly factored on a sliding scale of how much some Counselor "SOAKED" you for! While a "SOAKING" by the Grand Alumni of Lawyers does not constitute any Debt repaid to Society at large! Though, walk in with a Public Defender and catch Triple-Life!

  7. It’s classic mob thinking: “There are too many of us for “them” to arrest all of us—especially us small fry. And they will never find us, anyway. We are anonymous and avoiding the hot spots.” It’s the imaginary “safety in numbers.defense.”

Hi Gina, I can explain something: the reason that MAGAts continue to claim the election was stolen despite all evidence to the contrary, is because Black people (and brown, and yellow, and blue, whatever) were allowed to vote. That’s why it was “stolen” from them. And that, my friend, is the corps problem.

  16. Many of those who participated in a comment coup are receiving lighter sentences than people who protested the pipeline or other things. The government is literally telling us that we should overthrow the government instead of protesting with these ridiculously light sentences.

  20. There's plenty of times when I have thought prosecutors have made pitiful recommendations considering the crime. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were MAGA sympathisers.
