US Sends Ukraine “Houthi-Bound Iranian Arms & Ammo Enough To Equip a Brigade” As Congress Stalls Aid

The US has given Ukraine some of the Iranian weapons and ammunitions it seized en route to Yemen’s Houthi rebels, the US military said. The transfer last week came as Ukraine’s outgunned forces suffer from significant shortages of ammunition and US Republican lawmakers block new aid. The US transfer of seized Iranian weapons does not address Kyiv’s need for key items such as artillery and air defence munitions. The US has vowed to take steps to aid Ukraine but Republican lawmakers have stalled a $60 billion support package in the Congress since last year. Meanwhile, Russia claims the US is recruiting Mexican and Colombian drug cartel members to be sent to fight in Ukraine.

  7. Look ok ideal. But are you sure those seized weapons not have any secret gps like chip that show rossiya where exactly they are in? Who know if iran and rossiya agree to allow those weapons be capture in purpose.

  13. No no no. Iran going against a UN resolution? What are they doing is illegal. When they seized those weapons 6 months ago, they stated themselves, that by law they cant send these weapons to ukraine and had to search for some loophole. Where is that loophole?

  21. United state has given enough amount of ammunition artillery cell and various other defence equipment if kiev regime has slightest of same with in it then it shouldn't FURTHER pressure Washington TO SUCH A LIMT.
