  15. Even be it atheist or Muslim from any country , getting citizenship of India is still open but through the existing old laws, just like Adnan Shami got .

    CAA is specifically to rectify somewhat partition era sins , those Hindus , Sikhs and other non Muslim minorities who couldn't cross over to India during partition times due to violence and later Islamic Pakistan , Bangladesh couldn't able to protect them and systematically they are being converted to Islam , CAA is for those.

    Regarding intra faith violence between Shia ,Sunni , Ahmadiyya , its internal problem of Islam , where fight is not to convert a Shia , Ahmadiyya , its a fight for who is more Pure Muslim. What India has to do with who is more pure Muslim fight…?

    CAA is a law to give citizenship and not to taken one.

    CAA is test of Hindu unity , if we fail , then no one will come our rescue in future.

    fairness to Rajiv Gandhi, Dixits claim that he spoke on his behalf must be rejected. Dixit was prone to bragging and braggadocio.

  40. The Core Issue: The British Influence on India’s Supreme Court – Persists !

    When the British left India, they left behind a legal system based on Macaulay’s jurisprudence, which suited their rule. Nehru’s Congress party did not significantly alter this system, allowing it to persist and continue governing India. However, Bharat (India) now faces the task of “Sanatanizing” this legal framework.

    Bharat must address critical questions: How much interference is permissible for the Supreme Court? What boundaries should exist between the executive and judicial branches? To achieve this, India’s Supreme Court should transform into “Sanatan Bharat’s Sarvochcha Nyayalaya,” clearly defining its scope and powers in alignment with the original Sanatani constitution.

    To accomplish this transformation, the first step is restoring the Indian Constitution to its glorious Sanatani form. Only then can effective laws emerge from a sensible and clean constitutional foundation. Without this change, the Supreme Court will continue to exhibit British influences, meddling with the executive branch.

    As long as the public remains passive, opportunistic leaders may emerge like wolves to lead them astray. It is our duty, as fellow Bharatiyas, to prevent this and safeguard our nation.

    Remember, delayed justice undermines India’s ability to assist its people. To restore the Indian Constitution, Modi ji and the BJP need more than just a majority; they need your active support. Ill-intentioned external forces also pose challenges.

First USA should read CAA properly in the context of Partition of India Act passed by British Parliament as well as Nehru Liaqt agreement,it's failure to implement the agreement in Pakistan.Resultantly the percentage of Hindus in Pakistan dropped from 17% in 1947 to only 3 percent now.Their forcible conversion by kidnapping their young daughters of 12-13 years old, forcible marriage with Muslim.Mr Blinken has been ill informed by its Pro Pak lobby.
