Alina Habba Goes Completely Insane During Bizarre Fox News Interview

Alina Habba has officially gone off the deep end with her conspiracy theories about President Biden and the Department of Justice, and during an appearance on Fox News last week, she actually accused the President of a very serious crime. Habba says that Biden has engaged in racketeering and has violated RICO laws by conspiring to take down Donald Trump. As usual, she provided ZERO pieces of evidence to back up any of her claims, which is why she’s such a crappy lawyer. Farron Cousins explains what happened.

  6. Ferron, I feel you're rather worked up about two Trump congregants preaching the standard-issue Gospel of Trump to their own flock. This discussion wasn't for just everyone. It wasn't meant to be used in court. I'm sure it will be, but not its original intent.
    No, this conversation was just Hubba Hubba lining up the talking points for the Cult 45 coup-lade crew. This is just more outrage seeding by Fox and Trump's lawyer. Meanwhile, the regular old courtroom justice process plods on in its normal way, checking all of the procedural boxes, and coming to the necessary conclusion that Donald Trump did a bad bad thing.
    However, do I personally expect the result of this trial to be a criminal conviction for the crime we all heard Trump commit on the audio recording of the phone call among several witnesses? I do not. I'm still not 100% convinced there will be a trial in front of a jury before November – possibly 2025. I can't for the life of me grasp why Trump wasn't immediately seized, jailed, and tried for crimes against the people of Georgia, America, and the government of the United States, directly after this recording went public. I know for certain I would have been.
    It looks like a duck, and has been quacking like a duck for some time now. If our justice system starts swimming in duplicitous waters, like a duck, I'm going to call it a two-tiered duck.

    When will they do something about it..Who? Will hold this act against her. According to past history, no one will. No punishment or penalty..She will just keep doing it because nothing will happen…
