I am not a Jehovah witness but this is quite disgusting.I hope they take the Australian government to court over this.They are singling out religion and that stinks of discrimination.Also make me think of how Adolf Hitler when he started his Nazi party and closed down the Jewish shops and synagogues.Also you mentioned the child abuse case which they have against them but still not been even proven by law.Finally I would like to add why don't you tell me who many children have been sexually abused and MURDERED by the Catholic church.Many in Canada.

3. Update: The JWs joined the Redress Scheme after first suing, claiming that there had no "institutional abuse", only "domestic abuse" and thus has nothing to "redress". They caved, and joined, with a potential redress of $132M.

   Worth noting that the JWs had, by far, the highest rate of abuse out at any overarching organisation (though there were individual elements in others, like the Catholic Brothers who were MUCH worse … Where ~30% of all the priests were offenders, from memory).

As an Aussie recently doing youtube studies into a child welfare set of crime cases in Tennessee all I can wish is the sensible people start dropping their religious filter and look at life fairly for all.. changes can happen when you want them to.. current policy in Tennessee is tender up for grabs for a decent system to revolutionise the backwards kkklub they keep close to their hearts
    Scott Morrison the p.m. in the parliament house speech was made by a connection to qanon to say a word that was exactly the same action as trump in his public address on Jan 6…they are puppets … any leader in Australia would be under expected demand for the speach to be delivered. Morrison couldn't care less about people in pain… that pain is gods will apparently…

13. The Jehovah's Witnesses should definitely pay for breaking the law as they do. They know that they're breaking the law but do they care? Absolutely not! All they care about is their money. They don't care about the abuses that they dish out to children and women when they're being abused by wife beaters and such.

    That religion needs to be totally banned world wide for it's violation of civil and human rights, and the governing body needs to go to prison for the many lives that were lost due to the refusal of taking blood transfusions, and for those who have committed suicide simply because they were shunned by their friends and family who are still in the organization. The governing body is definitely blood guilty! After all, they rule the organization and they make up all of the policies and such so they should be held totally responsible for all the wrong that was done to people.

20. I had no idea the JWs were also notorious for child abuse accusations. I guess it happens in any religion.

    FWIW, they should all have to pay tax on what they collect as income.
