And if we’re not able to impeach him, of course we are just gonna end up referring him for criminal prosecution to the US Department of Justice. That’s what he said publicly. But according to a new report from CNN this week, one Republican lawmaker that of course is very close to James Comer, says that Comer is sick of the whole thing and wishes he could find a off ramp because he is fed up with the entire situation. In fact, here is what that Republican lawmaker who of course chose to remain anonymous, had to say to CNN Comer is hoping Jesus comes so he can get out. He is fed up, like Comer, allegedly is telling his friends, the only hope I have to get out of this mess that I created for myself is if Jesus comes back like that would probably distract people enough to where I could be like, Hey, hey, we’re not gonna do impeachment anymore.
Jesus is over here. We’re gonna go out with him for a minute. Um, yeah, that’s, um, not gonna happen. I, I think that’s, you know, pretty safe to say that’s not gonna happen. But Comer, you did this to yourself. Like that’s what’s hilarious about all of this crap right now. All of the chaos happening within the Republican party, they’ve done it all to themselves. Like the Democrats didn’t have to do anything. Nobody set them up for this. They’re just so dumb that they dug their own pit. And now they’re like, well, now we’re stuck in a pit. Yeah, you put yourself in a pit, you didn’t think it through, you investigated Biden for over a year or for at least a year, I should say, uh, before you decided to actually launch an impeachment inquiry. But that year long investigation yielded nothing. So at that point, you’re like, we’ve looked at it for a year and we have nothing.
May as well go all in on it. You know, nobody can help you if you are choosing to be stupid. Now, if you were just stupid because you didn’t know any better, then yeah, we, we could help you with that. We could teach you. But when you say, okay, well I know this is stupid, but I’m gonna do it anyway ’cause I kind of like the stupid then that’s on you, right? There is no excuse for that, that is on you. But of course, comer insists to CNN that his buddy who just told them all of this totally wrong, and Comer had this to say to CNN. The impeachment inquiry is ongoing and impeachment is 100% still on the table. I don’t even wanna talk to you if you don’t think they were influenced. Ping. There’s nothing to say. My God, my God indeed, James, you can admit you screwed up. But the problem is he can’t
Because you’ve got your Republican base all drummed up thinking that President Biden’s gonna be impeached even though you don’t have the numbers to even impeach him in the house, which would be even more humiliating for you. So you’re trying to find the least humiliating way to get rid of this investigation. And you had talked, by the way, about the criminal referrals to the DOJ, but obviously based on what’s happening now, you don’t even have enough to submit a criminal referral, even based on made up charges. And you’re panicking because you’re going to have to answer to that idiot Republican base that thinks impeachment iss going to happen.
