I have a hard time believing it qualifies as fraud when a business fills out an application, the application is supposedly reviewed and approved by the IRS, and then the business receives the funds. Did the third party lie on the application? In that case, there should be some protection for the business and liability for the 3rd party.

  17. Anyone who thinks Arizona's law is saving lives and upholding Christian values, let me be the newsbreaker for you.
    States with the tightest abortion laws had a 16% increased infant mortality rate from 2014 to 2018, compared to the states with the least restrictions on abortion.
    Maternal death rates in abortion-restriction states were 62% higher than in states with greater abortion access.
    And then, if you don't want to take statistics over your emotions, the Bible says nothing about abortion. The closest thing is in Exodus 21:22-25:
    “When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman's husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine."
    There is no harm, les talionis, did not apply, which made it clear the Bible does not consider an unborn child the same as a living, breathing one..
    And if you still somehow think you are above God to twist his words so much to fit your emotions, the Bible also says, "As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand. One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind."
    No one has the right to dictate any aspect of someone's life. And Christians need to relearn what it means to be Christian; it is not playing God and handing out judgments.

    I leave this with a final thought, why hasn't Arizona gotten rid of the death penalty? Yet abortion is considerd murder, okay makes sense.

  23. Trump testifying? If I had a dollar for every lie that Trump has told over the years, then I would be a real billionaire, not a made up one like Trump apparently is.

So he did all that does he think he'll ever get a license now that's what I'm talking about what's going on with black people did he not even think what's he thinking or was he just I'm going to do this man knowing I'll never get your license you could at least took a class there must have been some reason why you lost your license in the first place I know you you're going to jail for the rest of your life was it worth

  29. Shame on NBC Nightly News and Lester Holt, for not mentioning the passing of award-winning journalist Robert MacNeil on the April 12 show. He worked for NBC News back in the early 1960s and was on scene in Dallas when JFK was assassinated. He filed multiple news reports with the network that day including the news that President Kennedy had passed away. The Lambs and Literacy story could have waited until Monday.

  39. Catalytic Enovations needs to sue the previous accountant. They should of done research and know better. What do you pay them for if they aren't doing the job they should be? Shame on them! Good for you for getting a new accounting company that knows what they are doing. Need to hold these companies accountable. Sorry you trusted your previous accountant.
