  1. Title is disgustingly misleading. Fox you need to be honest. He said it is complicated and it needs to look case by case to see exactly “what is going on” he doesn’t question “the protest” he said we have “freedom of speech”

  2. These are idiot kids that honestly are irrelevant. They are not yet in the job market, are not making an income and therefore have no real value. Why is this even news worthy? Leave it to their parents that are paying for their tuition. DUH!!!

  3. Liberals are on here arguing for the right to speech and does anyone else notice how funny that is given how they hate freedom of speech on social media. They don't like the message let's silence the speech. College campuses have a job to act as an educator and if they want to the throw disruption of their campus that is not a freedom of speech question. It has to be applied equally though.

  4. I don't know why this guy is obfuscating it when we say you have freedom of speech there is a definition. It's not hard to say assuredly that freedom of speech is not harassment threat of violence bullying trespassing, loitering give me a break. This is absurd and this guy has just made a joke.

  5. The first amendment to the Constitution should protect our right to assemble and free speech. It is clear our government is trying to stifle criticism of Israel. All of these protests have been organized by Jewish students and organizations like Jewish Voice for Peace. Even if you don't agree with them, they should be protected by the constitution. Our government will come for you and your speech next. Infiltrators are going to these protests and saying things to get the protests shut down. It's clear they are lying and trying to get the peaceful protesters arrested. Even if you don't agree with the protesters' criticism of Israel, you should want to protect their freedom of speech

  6. Such an intellectual man, even though he would not necessarily agree with my views, having healthy debate and discussion without persecution and condemnation is what has made our country so much better than all the others. It would be refreshing if all the justices would sit down and have this kind of conversation and let the public see them outside of their day to day job. I am just not sure who could barter such an event given the biases of the media nowadays.

  7. What's going on? Violations of God Given rights of Americans up and down the board… From 1st, to 2nd to all other amendments. From protesters to Trump himself. It's sick.

  8. To his statement "We have the words, the freedom of speech". Exactly, I agree, but it does NOT say the freedom of conduct that interrupts the daily lives of others and or either physically harms them, threatens them, or otherwise interrupts their daily lives. In the case of the college campuses, lives they HAVE PAID for i.e. tuition.

  9. I enjoy listening to them speak. I may not agree with everything they say, but there is no doubt they are extraordinarily, intelligent and eloquent.

  10. And this guy demonstrates (at least to me) why the Supreme Court is no longer "supreme". It has become just another branch of the government where the Constitution ends up being dilutable and diluted based on who sits on it and that then forces the conclusion (at least for me) that the party in control of the White House and the Senate will nominate justices that they assess (or have determined without much doubt) will support a general agenda of that particular party and the Constitution when it is a block or barrier to that agenda will be manipulated (or "interpreted") to the extent possible or necessary to support that general agenda.

And, as can be seen in this case of immunity–they will punt on the issue and find an escape route-which is most probably what SCOTUS will do on this issue.

  11. Bryer remains unimpressive. The only thing I have to say about his retirement is that, unfortunately, his replacement a DEI affirmative action appointee is worse than he was.

  12. Research Justice Breyer's work on the KELO v. NEW LONDON [04-108], 545 U.S. 469 (2005) case. There you will find what his "pragmatism" does for the taking of private property in imminent domain and who or what businesses would benefit.

  13. Ya,3 decades of doing Nothing, and then gets retired by BIDEN ADMIN and did not even know it,,,THE LEFT HAS NOT ONE BIT OF CLASS,EVER,,NE ER DID,NEVER WILL

  14. "CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, LORD GOD,  I beg you to never force me to worship any false god and I ask you for forgiveness for my sins and immorality. Thank you for everything. Amen."

Please pray this now, pray the words as you read them if you cannot look and remember them 🙏☺🙏☺🙏☺🙏☺🙏☺🙏

Please worship the CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, THE LORD GOD and try not to worry too much about the differences between the different religions and denominations, try to think about the similarities and the things they may have in common more than the differences. Daily prayer is a fundamental part that many people do not practice although it is encouraged
