22. Better Health is not therapy It's actually considered self-help. They are not a HIPAA regulated covered entity which means your health information is not protected. It's not therapy because they can't diagnose, they can't provide treatment, and they can't provide recommendations for treatment.

24. Thank goodness that Judge MacAfee's ruling leaves no room for accusations of an unfair trial. Personally, I originally thought the trial could almost have been decided within days and feared a Judge Cannon scenario with pretty odd communications that don't have any real indication of being the work of a good judge. Judge MacAffee gives a clear statement of findings and this should now allow DA Willis to finally move forward against America's No1 Criminal and friends.
