2. Seeing this two years later, it's really eye-opening about just how dramatic, vague, and politicized media is regarding the USA. I understand our politics haven't improved in the ways of division, but it's media's job to deliver the FACTS, not it's own opinions. Foreign media seems to have lost it's touch with reality: this is how the US works, and always has.

   Regardless of your political alignment, one has to observe the abandonment of "unbiased" reporting.

11. It's quite hilarious that Foreign Correspondents are more trusted by the American public than their own media because they know they are nothing more than corporations working for their own interests. It's unfortunate that the UK and Australia are pretty much is the same now.

America is going the way of declining powers before it (Rome, Ottomans etc.) all great powers have to fall at some point, its part of history, people have to accept that. This country is a circus; chaotic, divided, extreme, and broken beyond repair.

17. The US is a bully. It has ambitions of global influence that resembles an empire or imperium. They demand of others of which they would never do themselves. They change active and well established history to suit their needs and make them look better than what they are, e.g that the US was the only country to win WW2 and everyone else that caught played an insignificant role. They propagandise fiction as established facts. Arrogance, egotistical, narcissistic and violent – that's how I see the US and it's people.

26. Such a shame the music was so disruptive of the speakers. I really wish Documentry and others who make such shows would realise that for many people this is actually very annoying and for many they would not continue to watch. I really dislike having to put on subtiltles to watch when as often it is not totally correct. It can also be difficult to get the nuances of tone and subtext with only subtitles. Ruined a very interesting doco.

27. I wonder why this documentary doesn’t show the extended interviews of the pair of latinoamerican journalist they show 🤔. Maybe because in Latinoamérica we really know what the USA really is.

29. Well done. I am a citizen of the US and The Rep of Ireland. I have spent my life between the US and Europe. I reside permanently in Europe. I can't take the US anymore. The poverty, the Healthcare, the violence…all of it incomprehensible. All of it completely unnecessary. All of it a result of unbridled corporate greed. So much potential wasted.

34. Weird…all these opinions are people in the media so take it with a grain of salt. I was in politics for a couple years and I was going CRAZY thinking things were changing. I stopped because it was too stressful and now I just laugh because nothing has actually changed, life is still exactly the same 🤷🏼‍♂️ just more channels to watch so you think things have changed.
